Different Sven here. I have hit the same bug, but with the Debian kernel 4.7.0-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.7.2-1 (2016-08-28). For now I have downgraded to 231-9 from testing, which works fine. I will try to gather the debug logs later (not in front of the system right now and I don't want to brick it remotely), but I see a systemd-tty-ask-password-agent process while systemd-udevd hangs: root 3284988 0.0 0.1 8536 4308 pts/11 SN+ 11:47 0:00 systemctl restart udev.service root 3284989 0.0 0.0 6788 1852 pts/11 SN+ 11:47 0:00 /bin/systemd-tty-ask-password-agent --watch root 3284990 0.0 0.0 14472 3204 ? Ss 11:47 0:00 /lib/systemd/systemd-udevd The same also happens with systemd-networkd. If I try to start/restart it, I get the same systemd-tty-ask-password-agent process while "systemctl start systemd-networkd" hangs. Grüße, Sven.
