Thanks a lot for the offer, but I don't like NMUs.

I would be willing to make a sponsored upload if it helps,
but definitely not if you downgrade this from "serious".

Ok, it does not contain the words "every time", but that's
the usual interpretation.

The exact wording is "packages must autobuild without failure [...]".

If it fails more than 50% of the time, how could we call that "without
failure"? That would be a very unorthodox interpretation indeed.
