I have another machine with gnupg 2.1.15-3 (instead of 2.1.15-8) and also with /etc/alternatives/pinentry -> /usr/bin/pinentry-gnome3 but there is no such problem on it: there is a fallback to the curses version so that I can type the passphrase. So, either the regression is between 2.1.15-3 and 2.1.15-8, or the problem is related to some other difference (this machine is still with sysvinit-core). -- Vincent Lefèvre <vinc...@vinc17.net> - Web: <https://www.vinc17.net/> 100% accessible validated (X)HTML - Blog: <https://www.vinc17.net/blog/> Work: CR INRIA - computer arithmetic / AriC project (LIP, ENS-Lyon)
