Guys, I'm a compiz "mere mortal" user, but I'd like to know what is the status of this project. Have your team been actively working on it lately? (late 2016). Any news on bringing compiz back to Debian's official repos? Thank you very much for your work and interest. I'd gladly help testing *basic* things if that helps speed the inclusion of the package or anything (I've got little to no programming skills sorry).
