Currently sysstat does not parse /proc/cpuinfo properly on ppc64el
platform, showing:

        $  sar -m CPU 1 10
        Linux 4.7.0-1-powerpc64le (testing)     11/01/2016      _ppc64le_
        (8 CPU)

        11:40:10 AM     CPU       MHz
        11:40:11 AM     all      0.00
        ^C
        Average:        all      0.00

I just fixed this patch upstream, with the following commit:

https://github.com/sysstat/sysstat/commit/93662b1dbe3eed926d67d418cd4996ede9686679

I can make a NMU if you wish,

Thanks,
Breno
