Bug#842567: digikam: Digikam always uses Fusion widget style

This is caused by a new cmake option  "DENABLE_APPSTYLES", which
apparently defaults to off. Therefore the argument
"-DENABLE_APPSTYLES=ON" needs to be added to the dh_auto_configure call.
