Same here (and probably on all of stretch), I assume this is due to a
newer MySQL library being installed. All applications trying to use
libmyodbc fail.

A simple rebuild is now impossible by #841561. The package has not seen
an update in three years and has not been part of Ubuntu since 14.04
LTS.

I have send a mail to the pkg-mysql-maint ML about this, I guess our
best hope would for someone to package the MariaDB ODBC connector.
