Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

Building 4.9.0-rc1 and 4.9.0-rc2 kernels on i386 architecture and
attempting to do a kexec reboot with them.

CONFIG_KEXEC_FILE cannot be set on i386 architecture (which is used on
amd64 and kexec works on amd64 architecture with 4.9.0-rc1 and -rc2 kernels)

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
