Hello,

uups! I saw at least that i have a copy of archivemail in
/usr/local/bin ;-) My first thougt was: shit, i use old versions and
submit bug reports for a newer version... but it almost was the same
version. I removed the one in local and get the same error using the
program from real deb packet. Puuh.

Output and result (0 message) is the same, only the perl warning is
disapeared):
-------------------------------
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ which archivemail
/usr/bin/archivemail

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ archivemail -v -n -d 1 -o /home/gerhard -s test
imap://gerhard:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/INBOX.ML.snort-sigs
archiving 'imap://gerhard:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/INBOX.ML.snort-sigs' to
'/home/gerhard/INBOX.ML.snort-sigstest' ...
set tempfile directory to '/tmp/tmp3QLqA3archivemail'
guessing mailbox is of type: imap
imap filter: '(BEFORE 13-Feb-2005 UNFLAGGED)'
connected to server mail.mydomain
logged in to server as gerhard
selected imap folder INBOX.ML.snort-sigs
0 messages found matching filter
cleaning up ...

Bye
    Gerhard
