On PowerPC, cursors in Inkscape are just a white outline. On other systems there should be black in the center or at least in some situations a black outline around the white outline. The parts that should be black are invisible. This makes Inkscape very difficult to use because on very bright colors, the mouse cursor is near-impossible or impossible to see.
