Hi, I think this is a GTK issue, looking at the provided log looks like you're using Debian stable which has gtk3.0 3.14.5 and gufw 12.10 (a very old version of gufw). Can anyone reproduce this on Debian testing/unstable using gufw 16.10 and latest libgtk-3-0 packages?
