Hi Lucas, Not a tzdata issue. Recently libvisual-plugins gotten this FTBFS because a configure.ac test to find gstreamer-0.8 fails. It didn't fail in last upload but fails now.
I will disable the gstreamer support to fix this issue. Thanks a lot.
