Could you try to explain better what you mean? I am not sure I understand. You mean the icon in the menu bar, or the notifications? I guess you mean that if you click on the icon, liferea doesn't hide, but when liferea is hidden, is does pop up liferea? What windows manager are you running? I run KDE and the behavior that I have is actually the opposite. (But as I believe there is quite some GNOME in liferea, I didn't investigate myself yet). Paul
