I saw some of the nowadays most important plugins pop up as Debian
packages (gajim-omemo, gajim-httpupload). Maybe mention that in the NEWS
as well so people know they can now get plugins from the repos instead
of insecure Gajim FTP, and maybe they also go and file RFPs or package
plugins now that door was opened.
