Hello, It seems like this bug can be closed?
I noticed this bug report, and I also see that the latest version of hostapd in Debian stretch is already 2.5: https://packages.debian.org/stretch/hostapd It reports 2.5-2+v2.4-3... I'm 100% not sure if this is 2.5 or 2.4, but in any case it should have the desired functionality requested in this bug report. Cheers, -- Shane
