Package: snmptrapd Version: 5.7.2.1+dfsg-1 Severity: normal File: /usr/bin/traptoemail
Dear Maintainer, I just installed snmptrapd and used the example traptoemail tool to send me traps. I noticed my email client does not order them correctly according to the date. The date header is not correctly RFC822 formated, probably because the locale is not 'C': Date: Die, 4 Okt 2016 12:07:18 +0200 Subject: trap received from switchtv.woody.ch: IF-MIB::linkDown -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.5 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_CH.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_CH.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages snmptrapd depends on: ii libc6 2.19-18+deb8u4 ii libmysqlclient18 5.5.52-0+deb8u1 ii libsnmp30 5.7.2.1+dfsg-1 ii libwrap0 7.6.q-25 ii snmpd 5.7.2.1+dfsg-1 ii zlib1g 1:1.2.8.dfsg-2+b1 Versions of packages snmptrapd recommends: ii perl-modules 5.20.2-3+deb8u6 snmptrapd suggests no packages. -- Configuration Files: /etc/default/snmptrapd changed: TRAPDRUN=yes TRAPDOPTS='-Lsd -p /run/snmptrapd.pid' /etc/snmp/snmptrapd.conf changed: authCommunity log, execute, net public traphandle default /usr/bin/traptoemail -s localhost paniz...@woody.ch -- no debconf information
