Currently the apt-local/[0-9]/key can only retrieve a key by downloading a file. It would be convenient to also have the possibility to retrieve keys from a keyserver. It may be possible with "apt-key adv ..." but I couldn't find a way to do it properly since, unless I'm wrong, the only way I see to be sure to act in the installed system is by using preseed/late_command, and a repository configured with apt-local/[0-9] is added in the target system way before this step.
