Unfortunately this removes more than it should and the subsequent source does not rebuild. I'll continue looking at this but for the moment this bug-fix submission does not include this packaging change. Notes 2: This patch added has been deemed a priority 1 by the upstream maintainer since it causes lots of crashes around power management.
