According to the trace files, your host is named mirror01.lwlcom.net.
Please override the name in the ftpsync config to the user visible name.
Also please make sure you use the latest ftpsync version.

Mirrors listed in the official list _must_ carry source, this is even
described in the comments. Also, if you can, please just mirror
everything.
