My GDM3 always starts in vtl, regardless of which value of ”FirstVT” is set in /etc/gdm3/daemon.conf. And changing ”VTAllocation” to whether ”true” or ”false” doesn't work eithbr. Whereas I tried LightDM, which appears to start in vt7 normally. I just can't figure out if it is actually a bug or just a misconfiguration, so I hope the maintainer can make a further test on it.
