Please consider that the string you're referring to [0] is only a placeholder. The element containing it [1] will be discovered at runtime [2] and it's label value set to the correctly adjusted string (containing your hostname and Downloads directory) [3]. All in all, it seems that the string you're referring to is only there to make the settings.ui file self-contained and more readable. And indeed, the source code clearly states, that the placeholder string should never be visible during normal use [2] and anything else is a bug. Do you still see this string under normal use (as the original reporter of this bug report did)? If so, could you file a new bug for it, since it's probably a separate issue?
