I confirmed Sunjae's problem. This is because Korean of d-i still uses ko_KR.EUC-KR as default encoding, not ko_KR.UTF-8. Currently all programs launched from target chroot, such as tasksel, will use chosen encoding. Because bterm is running UTF-8 mode, any characters of ko_KR.EUC-KR become broken (Mojibake).
