Hm, yeah, more information might be helpful. Maybe similar to perl's
  Can't locate Foo/Bar.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Foo::Bar module)
? cme might change the output to something like

  Can't locate model for application 'dpkg-copyright' (you may need
  to install the Config::Model::Dpkg::Copyright Perl module). Run
  'cme list' for a list of available models.

(Ok, a bit longish ...)
