Package: apt
Version: 1.3~rc3
Severity: important

Hi,

This is what happens when I'm trying to upgrade a Debian Sid which I
haven't updated for a few weeks:

~~~~~
$ apt-get install apt
The following additional packages will be installed:
  apt-utils
Suggested packages:
The following packages will be upgraded:
  apt apt-utils
Need to get 0 B/1580 kB of archives.
After this operation, 180 kB of additional disk space will be used.
Looks like it fails because apt-utils is not updated before apt?
Regards, Linus
PS: System Information below unrelated, the system I'm having trouble with is a
VM.
