and this in the .git/config file of a repo
[dgit "default"]
clean-mode = dpkg-source
then dgit should use `git clean` in general but `debian/rules clean` for
that particular repo: this is the convention for git configuration
values. However, instead, dgit exits with an error about the
conflicting values.
