What's the general lintian policy on its output changing over time?
Lintian User's Manual §1.3 says: “Checks should not rely on […] the
system time.”
(Admittedly, Lintian doesn't perfectly adhere to this rule at the
moment; see #734950.)
Clearly, checking for dates >= 2100 might be considered be pretty safe.
Checking for dates newer than top changelog entry would be probably
better.
