Which mail did you copy? Did mutt crash after the copy as the consequence of this bug? If that's the case we cannot guarantee the integrity of the mailbox. If this bug is reproducible (i.e.: you start with a compressed mailbox and you have a data loss or a partial mailbox after you copy a mail) then I'm happy to investigate, otherwise we should close it.
