After installing python-zaqar-ui and going to /project/queues in Horizion,
the page/frame is empty/blank.
Looking at the apache logs, I see:

The Apache config looks like
Alias /static /var/lib/openstack-dashboard/static
Alias /horizon/static /var/lib/openstack-dashboard/static
Not sure exactly what the correct fix is, but creating the
link
# pwd
/var/lib/openstack-dashboard/static/dashboard/project
# ln -s
/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/zaqar_ui/static/dashboard/project/queues .
worked fine.
