Bug#693985: logrotate: can not deal with full disk

This bug has been fixed in logrotate upstream release 3.10.0 (https://github.com/logrotate/logrotate/releases/tag/3.10.0) See commit https://github.com/logrotate/logrotate/commit/e349752ccbbfa9ae8480ca504ded3af87e718298 and discussion in (rejected) pull request https://github.com/logrotate/logrotate/pull/16 

Can you backport this fix into jessie release?

Issue that logrotate can't rotate even after disk has been cleaned seems 
pretty important.
