Package: opensmtpd
Version: 5.7.3p2-1~bpo8+1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

opensmtpd from jessie-backports failed to install on a fresh server at
the "dpkg --configure" stage. I was able to track this down to a line in
the postinstall script calling "ed" to modify "/etc/aliases". "ed" was
not installed on the system and does not appear to be specified as a
dependency of the opensmtpd package. Installing "ed" from the repos
allowed me to install opensmtpd without errors.

It seems necessary to either add a dependency on "ed" or modify the
postinstall script to not use it.
