Hi, Thanks for working on the release-notes. I would like to see this moved to chapter 5 in the Stretch release notes, because I am trying to make it easy for regular people to find that they need to know about upgrading (without having to skim through all chapters). Unlike previous releases, Chapter 5 is dedicated to all the "need to know for a smooth upgrade" items (even if they are not package specific). Thanks, ~Niels
