This is because the newer version of dracut is not in jessie
backports. As a workaround, use this line in your sources.list. It
will provide fai and dracut packages for jessie:
deb http://fai-project.org/download jessie koeln
I will think about uploading newer dracut packages to jessie-backports
in the future, but not before september.
