Hi! With dpkg 1.18.11, I'll be dropping again the compat symlinks, which means these bugs will become serious and I'll bump their severities to reflect that. Please include the patches provided for the non-wontfixed ones.
I'll be adding versioned Breaks on the earlier versions using the hardcoded paths, once these have been fixed, to get a smooth upgrade. Thanks, Guillem
