Package: pkg-haskell-tools
Version: 0.10.3
Severity: normal

Hello,

Is there some reason that dht's upload subcommand uploads to ftp-master
with SSH rather than FTP? This prevents Debian Maintainers from using
the command to upload.

If there is no good reason, we could change it to use FTP.
Alternatively, we could add a command line flag to select FTP or SSH --
not sure what the default should be.
