A closer look indicates that it should be possible to address the immediate problem by simply pulling in an existing upstream fix that missed the 2.4.0 release branch because it accidentally didn't go in with the other Boost 1.59+ compatibility fixes: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/viewvc/v1?view=revision&revision=72392 It will probably also be necessary to take the formal cleanups in https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/viewvc/v1?view=revision&revision=72379 for the patch to be able to apply cleanly. I'll double check that there aren't further complications, since I'd previously only tested with versions up through 1.60. -- Aaron M.
