Oh neat (sid!) - I would almost have been happy enough with it being
in experimental but this is much better.

I wonder if a separate package would be a good idea, simply from the
angles of:

 * "Hey how come I don't have libFuzzer but I have llvm-3.8-dev"

 * Marketing.

why not :)
