Hello Matthias. With GCC 6 as the default, the size of a minimal build system has grown by about 150 MB.
In particular, the size of "lto1" went from 20 MB to 144 MB. Is this really normal/expected? While we are at it, this bug is marked as "forwarded". Are there any news from the upstream maintainers? Thanks.
