  No. Entering the exact address in your maintainer fields, i.e.
  http://bugs.debian.org/[EMAIL PROTECTED], _WORKS_. If entering it
  lowercase does not work, that's a bug; certainly not important, no;
  IMHO wishlisth, the maintainer of this package may want to adjust.

  No. You should use the correct url for now, and realize than using the
  lowercase is a bonus.

  _IF_ the problem is that the QA pages puts the lowercase version, then
  the QA page author can decide to either put the uppercase version so
  that it works, or say "my bug is blocked by the bugs.d.o one"; the
  first alternative is of course nicer.
