Epoch.js seems to be a very useful library, not only for Knot.
Please consider packaging it separately, e.g. as libjs-epoch.

(I wonder whether debian/missing-sources/epoch.{css,js} are
source code as in "the preferred form for modifications"?
Epoch is, AFAIK, written in Coffeescript and SASS, from which
JS and CSS are generated.)
