The source package is (see apt-cache showsrc cdist), but no binary package is left as the build failed: https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=cdist The archive software has the tendency to 'decruft' all binary packages if the build for a source-only upload failed, so beside the need to fix this build-failure the package (which I see you claim to have done already in your newest version) will also have to pass binary-NEW now.
