Package: openssh-server
Version: 1:7.2p2-7

upgrading kills the ssh session on systemd machines.

during an apt-get dist-upgrade on host "surya" just now:

...
...
...
Preparing to unpack .../openssh-server_1%3a7.2p2-7_amd64.deb ...
Connection to surya closed by remote host.
Connection to surya closed.
ganesh:~#

I had to ssh back in and `pkill dpkg apt-get` before I could
even run `dpkg --configure --pending`.

This happened on my only systemd machine. Did not happen on any of
my sysvinit machines.
