It seems as if http://matek.hu/xaos/ is the new homepage of GNU XaoS, see also this news item: http://matek.hu/xaos/doku.php?id=news:web_site_moved There is also a new upstream version 3.6 published there. (Debian Unstable currently has 3.5.)
