Sorry, I pretty much forgot about this bug. Originally it was blocked on some issues with pies2overrides, but since isort no longer depends on pies2overrides there should be no obstacle to shipping a Python 2 package any longer. I will take a look at it again and upload later tonight (assuming I don't run into any other issues).
