Hi, I've been looking at this as well with no success to find a workaround. This has been mainly by launching with `--httpd=8080" and using a html inspector on the result.
The knockout-3.4.0 fix doesn't complain but there are other missing files, namely those in 3rdparty/jquery/ui. I replaced these with those from the system but being 1.10 they weren't successful. I also tried to use the knockout-jqueryui files provided in here but a few were missing (sortable.js, widget.js) All the best, --Kent
