Hi, Sorry guys, I mostly tested the patch in various Debian & Ubuntu installations with MATE. The only Xfce system I've tried was Xubuntu 14.04, and I didn't see any regressions there.
Looking at bug reports linked to the mentioned LP report, I noticed a screenshot showing that GreyBird theme isn't affected [1]. Also it seems to be fixed now in Numix theme [2].
