Hi again Aaron, (cc: Gianfranco)

I can't figure out what's the problematic code by inspecting the code,
so I have prepared a modified package version which should reveal us
more details on the failure.
Could it be possible for any of you to launch a build for this
package, at least in a porter machine of the problematic architectures
(hppa and sparc64)?? If not, submitting it as a new package version to
unstable would be a solution, but the debugging stuff I added here may
make other archs to fail, so it's not my preferred solution...

Best and thanks for your time.
JL
