Benda, can you please file a bug against initscripts+sysvinit-core about getting openrc added as alternative. We can then block the openrc bug for dropping the Provides with those bugs against initscripts+sysvinit-core. If there is no maintainer upload of sysvinit in the near future, I'll can take care of that as I plan to NMU sysvinit anyway, once the priorities have been adjusted in the archive.
