Hello Looks like the issue is related to rtc module:
If I do - rmmod rtc - modprobe genrtc - rmmod genrtc - modprobe rtc - halt Then my machine will wake up normally. The weird thing is that genrtc is not supposed to work on nforce2 chipset..
