The systemd service file doesn't work for any conmux config file with a hyphen.
I filed a separate bug for this: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=831358 But the short version is it should use %i instead of %I so that conmux configs of the form foo-bar.cf don't get translated in the systemd world as foo/bar.cf.
