Team, We are in desperate need of latest protobuf. More and more Golang package are un-buildable because protobuf compiler is too old to support protocol version 3.
We already have Go bits uploaded and the last remaining piece is protobuf
itself.
At the moment many Golang packages are shipped with pre-built protobuf-
generated .pb.go files that we can not re-build which is bad.
Please, pretty please prioritise upload of latest beta. It is much needed.
If you all are busy I could be of help with packaging.
